Beware!!! These are very old buildings in very bad condition. Of coarse you do not get to see the actual until before signing a one sided lease agreement. Our utilities have been extremely high, windows old, closet doors keep falling off do to the actual tracks being worn out.  The patio doors fog over all the time....
