These Buildings are very old and this is the panel in our unit that caused us to find temporary housing. Just imagine your family sleeping at night in one of these buildings. This was about has close to a fire Tragedy as it gets....
Massive Roof Ice Build Up

This is a photo of the front of our building with ice dams. These old buildings are not insulated very well. These huge ice dams also are right above our front entry. Very dangerous....when melting the water falls on side walk at front entry and freezes . These old building the sidewalk has settled and water does not drain away from the building causing water to pool up and freeze on the side walk in the winter. Same problem year around when it rains, just nor freezing.
Service door would not open fully
Another Danger
Service door to garage would not even open all the way!!! Hopefully a fireman would not need to use this door way to save someone's life because of an electrical fire caused by old faulty wiring. Another dangerous item with these buildings......
We Do Not recommend a Stay here!!!!!
Please feel to contact me about our stay at Spring Brook in Holland Michigan.....This is the Electrical panel in our unit. Would you put your family at risk living hear. A Tragedy looming. I would think all units are the same, but it only takes one unit to burn the entire building down. Everything in these units are extremely cheap and old. Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets are falling apart.
